We meticulously spit-roast whole pineapples over glowing coals, continually brushing them with our homemade caramel until they're perfectly caramelised. The magic continues as we infuse the roasted pineapple flesh directly into that luscious caramel for a full seven days. This rich, infused caramel is then finally blended with our signature scratch rum.
