OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Regn®. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Regn®. Regn® offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by separate notice. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services. Acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.


SECTION 1 – AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are either:

  • Of the legal age of majority in your region and have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain products may be age restricted under UK law (e.g. razors, knives, or other regulated goods). By purchasing such products, you confirm you are legally eligible.


SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit any malware or harmful code.

A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve:

  • Transmissions over various networks
  • Modifications to conform to technical requirements

Credit card information is always encrypted during network transfers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without prior notice.
We shall not be liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of the Service.


SECTION 5: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We try to display products, colours, packaging and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours or images shown on your device will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to:

Limit product sales to individuals, regions or jurisdictions
Limit quantities available for purchase
Change product pricing or availability
Discontinue products or services at any time

If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative, cancel the unavailable item or cancel the order where necessary. If the unavailable item forms part of a larger order, the remaining items may still be shipped unless you tell us otherwise before dispatch.

We do not guarantee that every product, service or item of information will meet your personal expectations, unless required by law.

We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion. Restrictions may apply per customer, per household, or per order—including identical addresses or payment methods.

If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or billing address you provided.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information and to promptly update this data so that we can complete transactions and contact you as necessary.

Please review our Returns Policy and Section 25 of these Terms for information on refused parcels and return-related fees.


SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.

Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the relevant third-party provider’s terms.

We may also offer new services or features in the future; these too will be subject to these Terms.


SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain third-party links or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or reliability of third-party websites or services.

All third-party transactions are at your own risk, and you should review their policies carefully.


SECTION 10 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

By submitting comments, ideas, suggestions, or any other materials, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to edit, publish, and use them in any medium.

We may—but are not obligated to—monitor, edit, or remove content we deem inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We may occasionally publish content with errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g. product descriptions, pricing, or availability). We reserve the right to correct such information and cancel orders if necessary, without prior notice.

We are not obligated to update or clarify any information except as required by law.


SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

  • Unlawful activities
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Uploading harmful code or tracking users
  • Infringement of intellectual property
  • Spamming, phishing, or scraping

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regn® and its affiliates from any claims or demands made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.


SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us.
We may terminate your access without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.
You remain responsible for any outstanding payments up to the date of termination.


SECTION 17: DELIVERY AND RISK

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received in full.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you, left in accordance with your delivery instructions, delivered to a safe place chosen by you, or delivered to a person nominated by you to receive the parcel.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, fail to collect a parcel, fail to arrange redelivery, or ask the courier to leave the parcel in a particular location, you are responsible for any issues that arise from those instructions or omissions, unless caused by something outside your control.


SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with any policies or notices posted by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regn® and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Failure to enforce any part of the Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.


SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any agreements for Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You may review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 22 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders (currently Ireland only), goods are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you may be responsible for paying any import VAT, duties, or handling fees charged by customs or the local postal operator before delivery.


SECTION 23 – CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds.


SECTION 24: MARKETPLACE ITEMS

Marketplace items are products sold or fulfilled by third party vendors through our website. These items may not be fulfilled or shipped by us directly.

Orders for Marketplace items are processed through our checkout but may be passed to the relevant vendor for fulfilment.

Shipping costs may include both our own charges and the vendor’s charges. The full amount will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Returns, refunds and exchanges for Marketplace items are handled in line with the applicable return policy for that product. Customers must contact us first, and we will liaise with the vendor where required.

Marketplace items must not be returned to us unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss or other issues caused by the vendor’s fulfilment process, although we will assist where reasonably possible.

By purchasing Marketplace items, you agree that your order details, including your name, delivery address and contact information, may be shared with the vendor to allow fulfilment of your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


SECTION 25: REFUSED DELIVERIES, FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

If a parcel is refused at the point of delivery without prior authorisation, a £5 administration fee may be deducted from any refund to cover the cost of processing and return handling.

If you wish to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you must inform us before the parcel is refused or returned. In those circumstances, the direct cost of return postage may be deducted where applicable.

Refunds for refused or returned parcels will be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to us, the original delivery charge is non refundable and may be deducted from any refund.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the customer failed to collect it from the delivery office, failed to arrange redelivery, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the order will be treated as a failed delivery. In these circumstances, the original delivery charge is non refundable and may be deducted from any refund issued.

If the customer asks for the parcel to be sent again following a failed delivery, an additional delivery charge may apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


SECTION 26: BUNDLES, MULTIPACKS AND DISCOUNTED SETS

Where products are purchased as part of a bundle, multipack, set, offer or discounted package, the full bundle or set must be returned together for the return to be accepted.

We are unable to accept partial returns from bundles, multipacks, sets or discounted packages unless we have agreed this in advance in writing.

If any item within the bundle, multipack, set or discounted package has been opened, used, damaged, marked, altered or is no longer in a resaleable condition, the full bundle or set may not be eligible for return.

Bundles, multipacks and discounted sets are priced on the basis that the items are purchased together as a complete offer. Individual items from a discounted bundle cannot be kept while returning the remaining items and retaining the bundle discount.

Where a bundle includes hygiene, intimate, personal care, food, cleaning or safety related products, our usual returns exclusions still apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or where you have any other legal rights under consumer protection law.
