Processing Time

Our normal processing time is 1 to 2 working days for order verification, picking, packing and dispatch.

If you order before 11am, Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order the same working day. Orders placed after 11am, over a weekend or on a bank holiday will usually be processed from the next working day.

During busier periods, processing may take longer.

Processing Time for Northern Ireland and British Forces

Orders may take up to 3 working days to be processed before dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, but this is also not guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier or postal provider. Delays can occasionally happen due to high parcel volumes, weather, bank holidays, local depot issues, customs checks, operational delays or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated straight away, please allow a little time for the courier to scan and process the parcel through their network.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned or delivered incorrectly because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can usually resend it once the additional postage cost has been paid.

Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us because it was not collected, redelivery was not arranged, delivery was refused, or the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the order will be treated as a failed delivery.

In these cases, the original postage cost is non refundable and may be deducted from any refund issued.

If you would like the parcel sent again, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Rejected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is rejected or refused at the point of delivery and returned to us, a £5 admin fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and return processing costs.

If a parcel is rejected or refused and we do not receive it back, we cannot issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
