This Katsu Curry Stir-in Sauce is a creamy and aromatic Japanese-style curry sauce designed to be stirred straight into your cooking. Made with coconut cream and a blend of curry spices, this Katsu Curry Stir-in Sauce offers a convenient way to prepare a classic katsu-style dish at home.
With 31% coconut cream forming the base, the sauce has a smooth, rich texture. Wheat free soy sauce adds savoury depth, while curry powder containing coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, chilli, cumin, fennel, mustard and black pepper creates a balanced and fragrant flavour. Ginger and concentrated lemon juice bring freshness, completing the profile.
This Katsu Curry Stir-in Sauce is certified Low FODMAP. The recommended serving is half a jar (130g), which is certified Low FODMAP for a 300g serve. It is also Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan, and suitable for Vegetarian, Egg Free and Sulphite Free diets. It contains soy and mustard.
