How To use
How To use
Wash your reusable sanitary pads before using them for the first time. This helps activate absorbency and ensures they are clean and ready to wear.
How to wear
Place the pad inside your underwear with the soft absorbent side facing up against your skin.
Wrap the wings around the underside of your underwear and fasten them together using the poppers.
Adjust the pad so it sits comfortably and securely in place.
Choosing the right pad
Use the small pad for light flow days or as backup protection.
Use the medium pads for regular daytime flow.
Use the heavy pad for overnight wear or heavier flow days.
After use
Remove the pad and fold it inward to contain moisture.
Fasten the poppers to keep it folded and place it in the storage pouch until you can wash it.
Washing and care
Rinse in cold water as soon as possible after use.
Machine wash at 30 to 40°C with similar colours.
Avoid fabric softener or bleach, as these can reduce absorbency.
Air dry for best results and longevity.
