This Concentrated Beef Stock is a rich, savoury stock designed to add depth and flavour to a wide range of home-cooked dishes. Made with a 31% beef stock base, this Concentrated Beef Stock provides a well-rounded beef flavour in a convenient concentrated format.

The beef stock base is made from beef bones, water, salt and beef fat, blended with yeast extract, sugar and concentrated lemon juice. Cornflour gives body to the stock, while rosemary extract is used as an antioxidant and lactic acid as an acidity regulator.

The concentrated format means a small amount delivers strong flavour. The recommended serving is 18g (approximately 1 tablespoon) mixed with water to create a beef stock. It can also be stirred directly into recipes during cooking.

This Concentrated Beef Stock is certified Low FODMAP for an 18g serving (1 tablespoon) plus water. It is also Gluten Free and Dairy Free, and suitable for Egg Free, Soya Free, Sulphite Free and Mustard Free diets.

This Concentrated Beef Stock is ideal for:
