The formulation combines guar bean and citric acid to help the cleaner cling to surfaces for effective everyday toilet cleaning. It is concentrated and refill-based, making it a practical alternative to traditional single-use plastic toilet cleaners.
Using the pods is straightforward. Drop one pod into a 500ml bottle, fill with warm water, shake well, and the solution is ready to use. The thickened consistency helps the cleaner stay where it is needed, supporting thorough toilet cleaning without unnecessary waste.
Ekologik toilet cleaner pods are ethically formulated and packaged. They are 100% plastic-free and biodegradable once dissolved in water. The formula is free from palm oil and harsh chemicals, including phosphates, parabens, phthalates, and ammonia. The compact size of the pods also helps reduce CO2 emissions during transport compared to bulky liquid cleaners.
All pods are made in the UK, with manufacturing based in Bristol and UK-based suppliers. In addition, 2% of every sale is donated to Surfers Against Sewage.
