This Thai Massaman Stir-in Sauce is a creamy, fragrant and mildly spiced curry sauce designed to be stirred straight into your cooking. Inspired by classic Thai flavours, it delivers a balanced blend of coconut, lemongrass and warming spices in a convenient format.
Made without onion or garlic, this Thai Massaman Stir-in Sauce is suitable for those following a Low FODMAP diet. It is also Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Egg Free, Soya Free, Sulphite Free and Mustard Free, offering a wide range of dietary suitability.
The base of coconut cream creates a smooth, rich texture, while lemongrass and ginger add freshness. A carefully selected spice blend including coriander seed, cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and turmeric gives the sauce its distinctive mild Massaman character. Olive oil and lime leaf round out the flavour.
