This Thai Green Curry Stir-in Sauce is an aromatic, medium spiced curry sauce made with coconut cream, lemongrass and green chillies. Designed to be stirred straight into your cooking, this Thai Green Curry Stir-in Sauce offers a convenient way to prepare a creamy Thai-style curry at home.

With 35% coconut cream forming the base, the sauce has a rich and smooth texture. Bamboo shoots and peppers add body, while coriander, lemongrass (1.7%) and green chillies (1.7%) bring fresh, fragrant notes. Ginger, cumin and lime leaf complete the flavour, creating a balanced curry with gentle heat and depth.

This Thai Green Curry Stir-in Sauce is certified Low FODMAP for a half jar serving (150g maximum serve). It is also Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Seed Oil Free and Vegan approved, and suitable for Vegetarian, Egg Free, Sulphite Free and Mustard Free diets. It contains soy from wheat free soy sauce.
