This organic fermented hot sauce is a fiery, full-flavoured chilli sauce made from certified organic ingredients and naturally fermented for depth and character. Crafted with organic red chillies and sweet red peppers, this organic fermented hot sauce delivers heat balanced with subtle natural sweetness.
The sauce is fermented for six months using Hot ‘N’ Smoky Kimchi juice, adding complexity and savoury notes. A small amount of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar is then added for brightness and balance. The result is a spicy, slightly sweet fermented hot sauce with a rich, layered flavour.
There is no added sugar, no preservatives, no thickeners and nothing artificial. Just organic vegetables, spices and time.
