This Concentrated Vegetable Stock is a rich, savoury stock designed to add depth to a wide range of home-cooked dishes. Made with carrot concentrate (15%), parsnip concentrate (6%) and tomato paste (6%), this Concentrated Vegetable Stock delivers a balanced vegetable flavour with subtle earthy notes.

The concentrated format means a small amount goes a long way. The recommended serving is 18g (approximately 1 tablespoon) mixed with water to create a flavoursome vegetable stock. It can also be added directly to dishes during cooking for extra depth.

This Concentrated Vegetable Stock is certified Low FODMAP with no maximum serving size. It is also Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan, and suitable for Vegetarian, Egg Free, Soya Free, Sulphite Free and Mustard Free diets.

Porcini mushroom (0.3%), bay leaf and black pepper contribute to the rounded, savoury profile, while lactic acid is used as an acidity regulator.
