This brand is independent from re, so any items ordered from this collection are packed and sent directly by their team. These items may arrive separately from any re products or other Market Place brands in your order.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10am are usually dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after 10am may still be dispatched the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The current dispatch time is usually 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods, please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days for dispatch.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or Evri. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. Courier delays can occasionally happen and are outside of the brand’s control. Items that are already in transit cannot be resent.

In rare cases, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, the brand will contact you as soon as possible.
