This brand is an independent company from re, so any items ordered from this collection are packed and sent directly by their team. These items may arrive separately from any re products or other Market Place brands in your order.
All orders are sent using tracked delivery through established UK couriers. Delivery is usually expected within 3 to 5 working days, although this may increase to 5 to 7 working days during busy periods such as Black Friday and the lead up to Christmas.
Courier options
You can choose your preferred courier at checkout. Available courier options may include:
- Yodel
- DPD
- Parcelforce
Shipping costs may vary depending on the courier selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track your parcel through the courier’s website or app. The courier may also send you a text or email with an estimated delivery time, along with delivery options such as leaving the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local Pick-up Shop or Locker.
Important delivery information
If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered there. If the parcel later goes missing, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If delivery cannot be made to your address or nominated safe place, the courier may take the parcel to a local pick-up point or locker for collection.
Please note that some parcels may be too large for lockers. The largest InPost locker compartment is approximately 41cm x 38cm x 64cm. Cartons containing 4 packs should fit, but larger cartons containing 8 packs or more may not fit.
Failed, refused or uncollected deliveries
If a delivery is refused, fails, or is not collected from a pick-up point within 7 days, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
Where this happens, the cost of the goods will be refunded once the parcel has been returned, minus the original shipping charge and any courier penalty fee.
Current failed or refused delivery charges include:
- Yodel: £7.95
- DPD: £16.00
Delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will raise a case with the courier on your behalf.
If the parcel is confirmed as delayed or lost, a replacement or refund may be offered.
If the original parcel is later delivered after a replacement or refund has been arranged, please contact us so the items can be returned at no cost to you. If you would prefer to keep them, a discounted price may be offered at the brand’s discretion as a gesture of goodwill.
