Organic Cooking Ingredients & Oils
How Organic Cooking Certification Works
Organic certification works the same way across everything in this range, no matter if it’s a cooking oil, a tin of legumes or a fermented vegetable. Crops are grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, while nothing is added during processing.
For fermented products like sauerkraut and kimchi, live cultures develop naturally during fermentation rather than being artificially introduced. For oils, cold-pressing preserves the ingredient's natural properties without heat or chemical processing. For tinned items (tomatoes, legumes, coconut milk), it means the raw ingredient was grown to the same certified standard before it reached the can.
Organic Cooking Oil for Everyday Use
Organic extra virgin coconut oil and MCT oil are among the most versatile cooking oils in the range. Coconut oil is cold-pressed from organically grown coconuts, keeping its natural flavour and nutritional profile intact without chemical solvents or refining. It works well for high-heat cooking and baking at home, as well as in smoothies and raw preparations.
MCT oil is derived from coconut and has a neutral flavour that suits dressings, smoothies, and hot drinks. It works particularly well alongside a morning organic coffee for anyone building a more considered food routine. Organic coconut butter and coconut flour round out the coconut-derived options for gluten-free baking and dairy-free cooking.
