Raw Bean Coffee Bags & Beans
What Makes Raw Bean Coffee Different
Raw Bean sources 100% Arabica across its entire eco friendly coffee range. From single origin whole beans grown at altitude in Mexico and Colombia, to pyramid-shaped coffee bags designed for brewing with nothing more than a mug and hot water.
The range includes:
- Coffee bean bags
- Ground coffee (for filter, cafetière and V60)
- Whole beans (for those who prefer to grind fresh)
Where many decaf options are an afterthought, Raw Bean's Definitely Decaffeinated line uses the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving flavour, body, and aroma.
How Raw Bean Coffee Bags Work
Each Raw Bean coffee bag is vacuum-sealed and pyramid-shaped, filled with 100% ground Arabica coffee. Place it in a mug, pour over hot water, and leave it to brew. No cafetière, no filter papers, no machine. Just coffee.
The pyramid design gives the grounds room to circulate properly as they infuse, producing a well-balanced cup rather than a flat one. Compact enough for a bag or a desk drawer, they're a practical choice for travel, working remotely, camping, or anywhere a cafetière isn't realistic.
Single Origin Ground Coffee and Whole Beans
The ground and whole bean range is built around specific origins, each with a defined roast profile. The Mexican Finca Aurora, grown between 1,110 and 1,250 metres above sea level in Oaxaca, brings warming spice, tangerine sweetness, and a chocolate finish that works particularly well with milk. The Striking El Salvador coffee bag delivers a richer, fruitier profile with dark chocolate tones.
For blends, the Breakfast Blend combines Colombian and Guatemalan Arabica with notes of caramel, roasted hazelnut, and honey, while the Fino Latino ground coffee draws on four origins, including Brazil and Costa Rica, for a strong, smooth cup with no bitterness.
The Raw Bean Decaf Coffee Range
The Definitely Decaffeinated line is built for people who want good coffee at any time of day, without compromise on flavour. The chemical-free decaffeination method used means the character of the original bean remains intact, unlike decaf.
The Colombian origins, available in medium and dark roast whole beans, espresso grind, and ground coffee, carry smooth notes of dark cocoa and walnuts with a clean finish. The Brazilian Oberon ground coffee brings a creamy, malty chocolate profile with a gentle citrus note. Decaf bean bags are also available for the same no-kit brewing experience as the full-caffeine range.
