Our Marketplace lets you shop for unique items sold by third-party vendors we’ve partnered with. These products aren’t stocked or shipped by us directly — we act as the curator, making it easy for you to browse and buy select goods from trusted sellers.

Here’s how it works, what to expect, and what to watch out for when buying via the Marketplace:

Orders are fulfilled by the vendor: Honey Bee Good will prepare and ship your order directly.
Separate postage may apply: If you buy both our own items and Marketplace items, you may be charged two sets of shipping fees (ours and the vendor’s).
Different delivery times: Marketplace items may have different processing and delivery times depending on the vendor.
Multiple parcels: Orders that include both our products and Marketplace items may arrive separately.
Returns and refunds: You should always contact us first. We’ll liaise with Honey Bee Good, but their policy will apply to the return.

Eco-Friendly Shipping Policy – Honey Bee Good

Honey Bee Good aims to fulfil orders within 1 business day. If delivery times are ever extended (for example due to holidays or postal delays), this will be clearly shown in the banner at the top of the website and will override the usual estimated dates.

Important: Please double-check your postal address before placing your order. Because Honey Bee Good dispatches quickly, refunds cannot be given for incomplete or incorrect addresses.

FREE Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – 1 or 2 sets are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class without tracking. Customers can upgrade to Tracked 48 at checkout.
Orders of 3 or more sets – automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no extra cost.
Note: Royal Mail now delivers 2nd Class mail only 2–3 times per week.
Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2–3 business days once Royal Mail receives the parcel. This is not a guaranteed service.

European Union and Norway

Shipping Delays & Untracked Services

If you choose untracked shipping, we cannot provide updates or guarantee arrival times. For reliability, we recommend tracked services.

UK orders not arrived after 2 weeks – Refunds may be given if the address was correct.
International orders not arrived after 3 weeks – Refunds may be given if the address was correct.

Undelivered Orders

Incorrect address – Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Refunds cannot be given for parcels sent to the wrong address. If returned as undeliverable, the refund will be issued minus the postage costs.
Not collected / delivery failed – If delivery is attempted but the customer does not collect, reschedule, or redirect, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. If returned as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus postage costs.
