Welcome to Our Marketplace

Our Marketplace lets you shop for unique items sold by third-party vendors we’ve partnered with. These products aren’t stocked or shipped by us directly — we act as the curator, making it easy for you to browse and buy select goods from trusted sellers.

Here’s how it works, what to expect, and what to watch out for when buying via the Marketplace:

How the Marketplace Works

1. Third-party vendors list items
   Vendors add products to our Marketplace, setting their own pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory.

2. We list these items on our site
   Products from those vendors appear in our store like any other item, but under the “Marketplace” section.

3. You place an order through us
   You browse and check out in our store exactly like normal — all in one cart, one checkout.

4. Orders are sent to the vendor
   Once you place an order for a Marketplace item, we forward it to the relevant vendor, who is responsible for fulfilling and shipping it.

5. Shipping and handling
   Because the vendor handles the shipping, you might pay two types of postage:

   • Their postage cost (for their delivery to you)

   • Our base handling/postage (where applicable)
     The total shipping cost will be calculated and shown during checkout before you pay.

6. Inventory sync & availability
   Inventory, pricing, and updates are synced from the vendor’s store into our listing. If the vendor updates stock or discontinues an item, our listing should reflect that.

Costs & Postage

• Additional postage may apply
  In some cases, especially with sellers shipping from different regions or using specific couriers, extra shipping fees could be added.

• Postage is shown at checkout
  Before you complete your order, the total shipping cost (vendor + our handling) will be clearly displayed.

• No hidden fees
  You won’t be surprised by extra charges after purchase — you see the full cost before paying.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (for Marketplace items)

Returns and refunds for Marketplace items are handled differently from items we fulfil ourselves, because the vendor is responsible for those orders.

• Return initiation
  If you want to return a Marketplace item, you’ll need to request a return through us (or via the process given in your order confirmation).

• Vendor handles refund and return
  Once the return is approved, the vendor will inspect the item upon receiving it, then issue a refund or exchange if it meets their return criteria.

• Automatic or manual refunds
  Depending on the setup, returns may be automatically refunded when the vendor processes them, or we might need to coordinate with the vendor to issue the refund.

• Restocking / inventory update
  After a return, the item may be restocked (if vendor allows) and the inventory on the listing updated accordingly.

• Return shipping costs & conditions
  Unless otherwise stated, you may be responsible for paying the cost to ship the item back to the vendor. The vendor’s return policy will detail condition requirements and the timeframe (for example, returns must be requested within 14 or 30 days).

• Exceptions & non-returnable items
  Some items may be marked “final sale” or not eligible for return (for hygiene, custom, or other reasons).

• Processing time
  Refunds may take several business days after the vendor receives and approves the return.

Because we don’t directly fulfil those items, we rely on vendors to respect return requests. If there’s any dispute, contact us and we’ll help mediate.

What You Need to Know Before Buying

• Check estimated delivery times — items may ship from different locations, which could affect delivery time.

• Review the vendor’s return rules before buying.

• Pay attention to shipping cost — high-value or large items may incur greater postage.

• Understand that additional postage may apply if you buy both our own items and Marketplace items together.

• Occasionally, an item may go out of stock after you order. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you.
